We kindly ask guests to dress in formal attire! We want you to feel confident and fabulous on our special day. Tuxedos and evening gowns are welcome, as are dark suits and elegant dresses, whatever makes you feel your best and fits the celebratory spirit. Please, no casual attire such as jeans, sneakers, or T-shirts.

We’ve reserved a block of rooms for our guests. Please check out the Travel tab for details and booking link to our recommended hotel. Rooms are limited, so we encourage you to book early to secure your stay!
We have arranged a shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony departing at 3:45 PM sharp. For a touch of nostalgia—and because we know how to make an entrance—we’ve rented a classic yellow school bus for this trip. Please note that there will be only one shuttle run to the venue. Guests who do not board this shuttle will need to provide their own transportation. Return transportation from the venue to the hotel will be available at 8:45 PM, 9:45 PM, and a final run at 10:45 PM. Our trusty yellow school bus will be making all three trips—so channel your inner field‑trip energy and hop on at the scheduled times. Anyone who misses the bus will need to arrange their own ride. Pickup is at the lower entrance of the venue. Join us for the afterparty in the hotel lobby—no permission slip required.
On-site parking will be available at the wedding venue for all guests. Please note: Any cars left on‑site must be removed by 9:30 a.m. on Monday morning. Vehicles remaining past this time are subject to towing at the owner’s expense!!!
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during our ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is your presence—fully in the moment—as we say “I do.” We’ve hired professional photographers to capture every detail, and we promise to share those memories with you as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to snap away and capture all the joy and celebration!
We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate guests who have received a formal invitation. If you’ve been given a plus one, their name will appear under yours when you RSVP. Thank you so much for your understanding, we’re so grateful to share this special day with you.
Parents Night Out! We absolutely adore your little ones! However, we’ve chosen to make our wedding and reception an adults-only celebration. We hope you’ll embrace this as a chance to enjoy a well-deserved date night, celebrating love, laughter, and a little grown-up fun!
