We kindly request formal attire for our wedding. For men, this means a suit and tie or a tuxedo. For women, a long gown, a midi dress, or an elegant cocktail dress is perfect. Please dress to celebrate, we can't wait to see you looking your best!
We recommend arriving at the venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to make sure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat. Please note: Once the ceremony begins, access to the venue will be temporarily closed to guarantee an uninterrupted service. Kindly arrive early to ensure entry.
We have reserved a room block at the Holiday Inn Express and Suits in Lake Katrine. Room block details can be found on the “Travel” tab. We recommend booking early, as space is limited.
We will be providing shuttle service between the Holiday Inn Express & suites in Lake Katrine and venue. Ahead of the ceremony, there will be a shuttle. Details on pick up times can be found on the "travel' tab. After the reception, the shuttle will be transporting guests back to the hotel, with the last run at 12:00AM.
We love your children, but we kindly request no children at the wedding. We hope this gives you a chance to relax, let loose and celebrate with us!
If the wedding block is full or the booking deadline has passed, don’t worry rooms may still be available at the hotel at their regular rate. We recommend calling the hotel directly to inquire about availability and mention the Chlud Gil Wedding, they may still be able to accommodate you.
