“Shes the peanut butter to my chocolate, the salsa to my taco, the spicy to my sweet, should i continue? When i met this young lady, we started out working together in 2014 and clicked instantly. She brought out the better side of me when i was going through a tough time and i could always depend on her to support me when i needed it. There was never a dull moment with eachother and without eachother it was just different. We would go from talking about everyone we see come into our store to laughing at our own jokes none stop back in the day. Once we really got together everything just took off. “Babe you still my man right? Were still on for this wedding right? I know we waited to get together but you were my man anyways haha”. If goofy was a person. After watching our first movie together “Django” next thing i know im Big daddy and now she blowing in my ear. All i can do is laugh cuz the sillyness never stops. Shes funny, witty, blunt and honest, very secure with herself and confident in who she is and is stronger than many folks may know or understand. She is a handful but it seems i was made for it. “Honestly you can say it was love at first sight at this point because she never wanted me to not look at her. Little did i know i was this secret love, who turned into a country who left and came back. The vibes are unmatched and now we have a whole family, she said she got game yall but we started it together.

Oooo La La he is my pumpkin pie lol… This young man here is the best to me. He has always been here for me even thousands of miles away. I would call crying or mad. He would make me laugh or even be mad with me. He would do anything to cheer me up. The thing is he would make time for me at anytime and if he couldn’t talk at that time he would tell me “ I’m going to call you back I promise” he always did. Also, him “when I get back to the states” that’s all I ever heard but before he got here he called to tell me he was coming home and I was like “ you still single right” he was like yeah why…. Y’all ya girl got game I said “ cause now you not” he laughed and said ok 🤣🤣… now look at us had Ms. Alivia Williams he gained a bonus child Andre and a wife which is me…. Y’all ya BOY got it good!!!

I been knowing Uncle Darrick since I was a baby. He was my dads best friend. My dad would tell me “ it’s always good to have a Godly brother and friend so get you one. Cause that’s what Darrick is to me and for me.” After my dad passed I was looking for a church to go to that had the swagger of my dad in it. May 2022 I (Britney) joined St. John’s Missionary Baptist Church. Knowing I was going to get a pastor but also an uncle that would remind me of my dad. With the “Rev. It Up” moments, but also have the love of my dad. I called Darren a week before I joined church and told this coming Sunday I will have a church home. Now I do!!! The Sunday I joined he told me I knew you where coming just didn’t know the day! No lie that was one of my best days since my dad passed. Also, the first time I made my own decision on where I wanted to go to church. I just want to say Thank You Uncle Pastor for taking me in!!
