What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue by 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 4pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for this event is Summer Cocktail. For ladies: midi or maxi dresses, pants suits or separates in light fabrics. For gentlemen: suits or separates in light colors or fabrics. Bright colors, pastels, and floral prints are encouraged. We kindly ask that you avoid harsh colors like red & black.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both located at the Mead Lake Lodge Venue. The parking lot for the venue is located just below the lodge on the left side and with a staircase to reach the venue. Limited handicapped parking is available. Signs will direct you to the parking locations once you arrive at the venue. NO overnight parking is permitted at the venue.

Children who have been listed with your invitation are welcome to attend.

We only have enough room for guests listed on the invitations. Please do not bring any uninvited dates or guests.
