By the grace of God, we were brought together through social media. Our many phone calls helped us to build an endearing rapport with each other. Karen lived in Southfield Michigan a suburb just outside Detroit and I lived in Chicago. We agreed to meet for the first time in Chicago on Saturday, August 26. 2017. We immediately hit it off! After a walk through Grant Park and photos at Buckingham Fountain, it was obvious that something very special was happening, We were very elated to be together. Later that evening I surprised Karen with a Lionel Richie & Mariah Carey concert. The following day I took her to a Detroit Tigers and Chicago Whitesox game. After a long courtship and growing pains not withstanding, we have come to the conclusion that we just couldn't live without each other. After Karen came into my life, it just kept getting better and better. And now, by God's Grace, we are dedicating the rest of our lives to making each other happy.
