According to state guidelines at the time invitations were sent, dinner tables will be spaced at least 6 feet apart. (Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee that you will be seated with only people from your own household. Guests will be seated 8 to a table.) Such spacing will not be possible for ceremony seating, but the ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. You are also welcome to stand in the grassy areas off to the side of seating, if you prefer. All guests will be asked to maintain 6 feet of distance while in line for the dinner buffet and the bar, and the food and drinks will be served by professional caterers, who will of course take all the recommended sanitation precautions. We will be providing a disposable face mask for each guest, and there will be hand sanitizer on every table.

We are registered at Zola.com (this site) as well as Target and Amazon. You can find all our registries consolidated into the Registry page of this website. That said, gifts are certainly not expected.
Please arrive by 5:30 p.m. The wedding will start within minutes if not immediately.
Our wedding won't be super formal, so think somewhere between casual and black tie. For example, women might want to wear sundresses or cocktail dresses. Men may want to wear dress pants or khakis and lightweight button-downs. Please feel free to wear what you like and be comfortable. Keep in mind that the ceremony will be outside, weather permitting, and that the interior of the venue is not air conditioned.
Unfortunately, due to seating limitations, we've had to make some tough decisions. As a result, we're only able to accommodate the specific friends, family members and their guests who were explicitly invited. If your invitation was not addressed to both you and a date/guest, there will not be a seat available for you to bring another person. Thank you for understanding.
This was one of the toughest decisions we had to make when planning. Ultimately, we decided that both the ceremony and reception will be for adults only. With no seats to spare and the hazards that come with having a pond on-site, we won't be able to make exceptions. Thank you for understanding.
We've reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Akron Stow location, 4047 Bridgewater Parkway. For our group rate, be sure to book your room before July 22, 2020, and either: 1.) book by phone and mention that you're with the "Sciria Greene Wedding," or 2.) book online through our group web page (https://www.marriott.com/events/start.mi?id=1578497739822&key=GRP). The hotel is about 15 minutes from the wedding location. Please see the Travel tab of this website or check the hotel's website for more information.
If you are a vegetarian or have a severe food allergy, please let us know by August 1 so we can try to accommodate your needs. The standard food options will include salad, asiago chicken, grilled salmon, grilled vegetables and macaroni and cheese. Dessert will be cupcakes and coffee.
There will be complimentary wine and beer at the bar. Non-alcoholic drink stations will include water and Arnold Palmers (lemonade and iced tea).
Yes, there is a parking lot at the wedding location. Of course, if you plan to drink, we encourage you to use Uber or Lyft instead of driving.
