Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love children, we have elected to limit the welcome party, ceremony, and reception to adults only, unless specifically invited by the couple. Please plan to make alternate arrangements for your children for the evenings or the weekend, or reach out to the couple to obtain contact information for a sitter in the Raleigh area.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available on-site! Additionally, you may leave your cars overnight as long as they are picked up by 11 AM the following day.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a transportation service (Triangle Corporate Coach) shuttling guests from the AC Hotel to the venue and back. Please meet outside of the hotel at the specified time. The shuttle times are as follows: The shuttle will be departing from the AC Hotel at 3:45 PM to drop our guests off promptly at the venue prior to the start of the ceremony. The shuttle will provide two return trips to the AC Hotel. The first will be departing from the venue at 9:45 PM and the second will be departing at 10:30 PM.

Question

I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

The dinner will be buffet style and allergens will be clearly labeled for each menu item. Please indicate all dietary restrictions in your RSVP and our caterers will do their best to accommodate.
