Hotel
Guests can call the hotel directly at (413) 773-0057, extension 0, to reserve their room or select the "View" button below to book directly under the discount code. The guests should ask for the Darling Wedding block. Reservations must be made before June 4, 2025 in order to receive the group rate. After this cutoff date, the group rate will no longer be available. Cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival. Breakfast included.

July 5, 2025 2:45 pm - 10:00 pm
A bus will pick up guests from the Hampton Inn & Suites promptly at 2:45 pm to bring guests to the Ceremony/Reception location, at which events begin at 3:45pm. Upon the end of the reception, a bus will bring guests from the Reception location back to the Hampton Inn & Suites at 10:00pm.
Flight
Bradley International Airport, located in Hartford, CT is easier for domestic flights and closest to the wedding venue if you plan on flying in.
Travel Note
There are other lodging options in the area if you do not wish to utilize our room block at the Hampton Inn & Suites Greenfield. It is your responsibility to find other lodging through Airbnb or Vrbo at your own convenience. Please note transportation will not be provided at any other locations.
