Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

We are riding a chairlift to the venue?!

Answer

What altitude is this wedding?

Answer

We will be partying at 11,900ft in elevation. At this altitude it is important to not party too hard. Alcohol hits twice as hard at this elevation. Please be careful if you’re not used to high altitude!

Does it get cold up on the mountain?

Answer

As soon as the sun sets, the temperature drops! We highly recommend bringing a jacket because it can get chilly on the chairlift at the end of the night.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we want you to let loose and enjoy yourselves! This will be a grown up only party.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says 'and guest' you most certainly can! Otherwise we are limited on space and would request that you bring only those invited. Thank you!

How do we get to the venue?

Answer

When you arrive at Arapahoe Basin, you will walk up the steps from the parking lot to the main lodge. If you are early there is a restaurant open for cocktails. You will then turn towards the mountain and ride the chairlift up to Black Mountain Lodge. The chairlift is quick and safe. If you wish to not take the chairlift there will be an offroad vehicle on site to drive up the trail. A shuttle will run from Buffalo Lodge in Keystone to Arapahoe Basin and back! Feel free to use this to get off those winding mountain roads.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. When you arrive there is a large parking lot!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will run from Buffalo Lodge in Keystone to Arapahoe Basin and back! Feel free to use this to get off those winding mountain roads.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We highly recommend looking into staying at keystone. There are many lovely accommodations through Air B&B, VRBO, and other bookings.
