Yes. As of now you still need a COVID-19 test 72 hours (3 days) prior to you traveling to Puerto Rico. Even if you were already administered the complete doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. Example: Your flight to Puerto Rico is on May 7th, 2021 - then you will need to go for a COVID-19 test on May 4th, 2021. The test must be a monocular test, Not a rapid test.
