Can I bring my kid(s)?

Answer

We are requesting you do not bring your little ones. While we love being Aunt Dar and Uncle Rob, this is an Adults-Only occasion.

What can I do in the area?

Answer

So much! Guests are all welcome back to the Botanical Gardens the day after the wedding - the gardens are public property! As is the surrounding national park. We're also close to the NJ/NY border if you fancy a trip into NY or want to go shopping at Woodbury Commons a.k.a. the greatest outlet shopping center in driving distance of the tri-state area.

What should I wear?

Answer

Black-Tie Optional is the official term which just means would like everyone to be in semi-formal attire a.k.a. tuxes and gowns are welcome as are suits and cocktail dresses. Wear whatever makes you feel good!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have not explicitly been given a +1 then we kindly request you do not show up with a date. Couples will notice they have not been provided a plus one but both names are on the invitation as you have both been invited by us.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be organizing a shuttle service from at least one of the preferred hotels. We won't know until closer to the date but will make sure everyone is notified by the time invitations go out.
