Guests arrive and are welcomed by ushers, who help with seating. Soft instrumental or acoustic music plays as everyone settles in.
5:00 PM – Processional
The ceremony begins as the music transitions to the processional.
5:05 PM – Welcome & Opening Words
The officiant welcomes everyone and shares a few words.
5:10 PM – Reading or Reflection
A chosen friend or family member may share a short reading.
5:15 PM – Officiant’s Message
The officiant delivers a brief reflection on love
5:20 PM – Declaration of Intent
The officiant asks the couple to confirm their choice to marry with the traditional “I do” questions.
5:30 PM – Exchange of Rings
The officiant introduces the wedding rings
5:35 PM – Pronouncement & First Kiss
After the vows and rings, the officiant declares the couple officially married.
5:37 PM – Closing Words / Blessing
The officiant offers closing remarks
5:40 PM – Recessional
music begins as the couple walks back up the aisle hand in hand
