When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Saturday, October 4th. This will ensure that we can provide final numbers to vendors in a timely manner.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The celebration will begin at 3PM, but this is a casual event, so please arrive whenever you are able to! Dinner will be served at 5PM.

What's on the menu?

Answer

We will be catering pulled pork, smoked chicken, coleslaw, cheesy potatoes, and smoked mac n cheese. There will be other side dishes (TBD), and of course a cookie table!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is casual & comfortable: shorts or jeans, dresses, t-shirts or long sleeve shirts, etc. Consider wearing close-toed shoes, as there is some uneven ground. This is an outdoor event (rain or shine!), so please keep the October weather in mind as we get closer to the party. You are absolutely free to dress it up if you feel inclined!

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking is somewhat limited directly in front of the pavilion. As this is a public area, we will have to share these parking spaces. There is another parking area located nearby (very short walk). We ask that if you are able to, please skip the spots in front of the pavilion and park in the lot instead.
