Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for beer and wine. Our venue does not allow liquor on the premises and we are asking everyone to please respect this policy.

What's for dinner?

Catering will be provided by 4Rivers Smoke House: https://4rsmokehouse.com If you have any dietary restrictions please let us know as soon as possible! We will be happy to accommodate.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we love all of your kids our space is very limited. Unfortunately, at this time we do not have enough room for kids outside of the wedding party. If we have available space closer to the wedding, we would be more than happy to have them! But for now, please make plans for a sitter.

What should I wear?

Answer

Pending no aggressive weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside while the reception will be both inside and outside. We are planning for cooler weather, but in Florida you just never know. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather and having a plan for both cool or warm weather (there will be humidity - just count on it). We are recommending that our guests attend in formal wear. Quick advice: Men - Jackets are optional pending the weather. We want you to look nice but we also want you to be comfortable! Women: You will be walking in grass and cobblestone. If you are wearing heels, you may want to consider a block heel or heel guard.

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking at the venue is limited, unfortunately. There are some spaces in the front court yard and available street parking on the surrounding roads. If you will be staying at the hotel block, a shuttle will be provided to transport you to and from the venue.
