Question

Are children/teenagers welcome?

Answer

We have decided to keep our ceremony an adults-only event with the exception of the children in the wedding party. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Is the wedding inside or outside ?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside and the reception will be held inside. In case of inclement weather, all wedding festivities will be held inside. The weather in April varies in Florida so please plan accordingly.

What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

Get ready to shine! The attire is "Come Front Page Ready". Gentlemen, think dapper suits or stylish tuxedos. Ladies, opt for elegant cocktail dresses, pantsuits or stunning evening gowns. Please note, our request is to avoid white, ivory, or cream attire. Let's make this day as extravagant as Darien and Victoria themselves!

Where do I park?

Answer

There is a lot of free parking onsite once you arrive to the venue.

Can we take pictures or record videos during the ceremony?

Answer

From the request of the Bride & Groom, we kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony. There will be an opportunity before the officiant starts for you to take pictures and record. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation . Thanks for your understanding.

What happens if I arrive late?

Answer

This day is very special to us and we would love everyone to experience every second of the day. The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. We recommend guests arrive 30-45 minutes early to find parking, gather their seats, etc. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are allowing guests in or if you need to wait until the ceremony is over. In which case, you will be able attend the cocktail hour and reception to follow.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Our venue is wheelchair accessible. Additionally, we will a few motorized scooters for those who may need help getting to and from the ceremony area.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

As soon as you're able to! Please RSVP no later than March 1, 2025 as we must give our final headcount to our venue and caterer in a timely manner. If you have not submitted your RSVP by the deadline, you will be marked down as a "no show" and we won't be able to accommodate anyone past said date.

What’s on the menu ?

Catering will be provided by Premier Events Services Appetizers: Beef Empanadas and Pineapple Hoisin Chicken Skewers Main Course: Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo Chicken Piccata Italian Salad Dinner Rolls

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The bride and groom have decided to opt out of having any alcohol on the premises. Thank you for your understanding !
