We're Getting Married!

We met during our junior year at Ole Miss and started dating our senior year. Even though we both grew up in different parts of Mississippi—me in Port Gibson and her in Tupelo, it all started one summer when I reached out to her on Instagram in the summer of 2017, and from that conversation, the connection was undeniable. We spent the rest of the year getting to know each other, and the rest, as they say, is history.

I had been planning the perfect proposal for months. Taylor was living in Dallas, and I was in Houston, but I told her I was bringing her to my company Christmas party. However, it wasn’t just a party—it was a gathering of close family and friends who were there to witness the big moment. Surrounded by the people we love, I asked Taylor to marry me, and without hesitation, she said yes. It was a magical moment I’ll never forget!
