When should I RSVP by?

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Only those listed on your formal RSVP, received at a later date, will be accommodated. If your RSVP only lists your name, you do not have a plus one. We thank you for your understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, cocktail attire, think LBDs or cocktail dresses for the ladies and a suit or pants with a blazer for the men. Please be aware our ceremony will be outside at 5:30 PM, but cocktail hour and reception will be inside the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No kids outside of the wedding party for this event. We appreciate your understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

By 5 PM to give yourself time to park and get settled in your seat.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes. If the parking lot connected to the venue is full by the time you arrive, there is free parking in an adjacent building with signage.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones are put away during the ceremony portion of our day. We have hired an amazing photographer who will ensure the moment is captured beautifully! We encourage friends and family to take as many photos/videos throughout the reception. We will also have a photo booth for you to utilize during the reception.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors at 5:30 PM. The cocktail hour and reception will be inside with the bar and DJ.

What if it rains or is too hot?

Answer

We have a backup plan to move the ceremony indoors, and the remainder of the event will be inside regardless.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. We encourage the use of Uber and Lyft if you plan to enjoy the open bar.

Is there a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes, we have a registry that includes honeymoon funds to contribute to if you’d like, but your presence is more than enough on our wedding day.
