We HIGHLY recommend driving into Mokelumne Hill and taking Jesus Maria Road to the venue. Jesus Maria Road is narrow and winding, so please be prepared. Map apps may take you through San Andreas onto Mountain Ranch Road. This leads to Whiskey Slide Road, which is even narrower and less well paved.
To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by September 19th so we can plan accordingly!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. Please arrive a little early to get settled. Water and restrooms will be available.
If you’re traveling, please consider camping at the venue with us! We will have access to the campsite Friday afternoon through Sunday evening. We ask that you bring your own food/water and any other supplies you’ll need for the weekend. Other than what we’ll offer at the reception and after party, we won’t be able to provide food or beverages. There is room to park RVs and trailers. Let us know the length of your vehicle so we can confirm whether it’s suitable for the road into the venue. There is also an area for tent camping. If you want to camp but do not have a tent, let us know in advance and we may be able to host you with others in a shared tent.
We do not have a traditional registry. However, if you would like to contribute to our honeymoon fund, we would be incredibly grateful. Our Venmo account can be found here: https://venmo.com/derby-b
We would love for our guests to come dressed in semi-formal attire for the ceremony and reception. The path from the parking to the ceremony/reception area is gravel, so please wear comfortable shoes. Bring cozy casual clothes for the after party and camping as it will get chilly.
To ensure we can accommodate all our guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!
We respectfully request that no children attend the event to allow all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.
We will have a variety of snacks available to accommodate different dietary restrictions. If you have an allergy, please let us know in advance so we can prepare a safe option for you!
Aside from a champagne toast, we will not be serving alcohol at our reception. The after party is BYOB.
Smoking is not permitted on the property, including the camping area.
Yes, there will be parking available at the venue. The parking area is a short walk along a gravel path from the ceremony/reception area. Please feel free to drop people off closer before parking.
We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment and want to avoid cell phones making guest appearances in those photos. Feel free to take photos during the reception.
Please text Darian’s sister, Deanne, at (209)559-5957 and she’ll get back to you when she is able.
