We met the modern way—on Hinge—which led to a cozy cocktail bar and a walk to a taco joint. Daria thought Zach’s friendly smile was irresistible, even if his haircut could use some work, and couldn’t believe her first-ever online date was going so well. Zach was convinced Daria was the whole package—beautiful, sweet, and she knew all the best tacos on the menu. At a social event for Zach’s work later that year, Daria met her second favorite guy, Oliver the cat, who climbed into her arms and never left. That’s how she knew it was meant to be. And of course, one cat is never enough, so they eventually adopted Lynx, making it a family of four. Between game nights, trips to see family in Michigan and Montana, tennis and pickleball dates, and evenings spent trying new recipes, we’ve shared good food, great friends, and maybe a few questionable dance moves along the way. One of our favorite trips was to Rocky Mountain National Park where, on a hike to Dream Lake, Zach asked Daria to spend forever together, and a hidden photographer captured the moment. Now, we’re so excited to keep the adventure going—and to celebrate with the people who mean the most to us!
