Are children allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately children are not allowed AT THE WEDDING EVENT. Reasons: the wedding is Close to the water on the beach and the cost of food is budgeted with unlimited alcohol.

Can I bring more than one guest to the wedding?

Answer

No. Every guest invited is allowed a plus one which is discussed with bride and groom.

What can I do with my children while at the wedding?

Answer

There is a kids club free charge starting from 9am-7:15pm. The wedding is 4pm to 9pm. All guest attending the wedding can arrange with the hotel the times you will Pick up and drop off your child. They provide snacks and activities.

How far is the resort from the airport?

Answer

10-20 minutes or less. We are still working on providing shuttles for all guest.

Can I stay anywhere else other than the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana resort?

Answer

Unfortunately no. All guest must stay at the resort for a minimum of 3 nights. ( Majority of guest staying May 17 and leaving May 20th.)

When is the deadline to RSVP?

If you are reading this on our wedding website, you have confirmed attendance. Please call or text the bride or groom if you no longer can attend.

When is the deadline to pay for everything?

Answer

The deadline to pay for everything including having your passports ready, your flights and resort fee will be April 15, 2023. BUT PLEASE CHECK WITH THE PLATFORM YOU USED FOR BOOKING. AFTER APRIL 15, 2023 NO GUEST CAN BE ADDED. If you change your plus one please update with the bride or groom.

Bringing a plus one?

Any guest invited that is bringing a plus one must make sure to contact the hotel to add that guest or all your guest to your rooms.

Is the resort all inclusive?

Answer

YES! That’s why the prices are the prices 😂 Unlimited Dining ,Endless Drinks , 6 Restaurants, 5 Bars, & Lounges! Premium Top Shelf Wines & Liquors, Oceanfront Dining, 24-hour Room service! If you purchased a “club level” room, there will be extra perks in certain private areas.
