What is the best airport to fly into?

Answer

The closest airport is Yellowstone Regional Airport (COD) in Cody, WY which is just a short drive from town and the venue. Billings, MT (about 2 hours away) is another option with more flight choices.

How far is the venue from Cody?

Answer

The Double Diamond X Ranch is only a short drive from downtown Cody. 37 miles / 50 minutes

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately we are not providing transportation at this time. Guests will need to arrange their own travel to the ranch. Rental cars are the easiest option in Cody, and Uber is also available in the area.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a fair amount of onsite parking available at the ranch.

Are additional guests welcome?

To keep our celebration intimate, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. We truely appreciate your understanding. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Is the Venue dog friendly?

Answer

Unfortunately no. However if you are driving and plan to bring your dog there is a nice dog hotel in town you can board.

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress code is semi formal. Please keep in mind that Wyoming fall weather can be unpredictable, so layers and warm outerwear are encouraged!

Will there be phone service?

Answer

Cell service is spotty heading up to the venue. I recommend plugging the address in to your phone before you leaving reliable service.
