What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Plan to arrive by 3:30 PM. Please, do not arrive earlier than 3:00 PM.

Is there a Dress Code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal/formal attire. Think suit and tie or floor-length dresses. If you'd like to wear something that matches the theme of our wedding, our colors are Bordeaux & Olive. This is optional!

Will the Wedding be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be taking place outdoors.

Where Should Guests Park? / Is Parking Free?

Answer

There will be free valet parking on-site. Gratuity for the valet staff is appreciated, but not required.

Do you have a hotel block? / Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes, we have a hotel block! You can find the link to our special group rate at the Courtyard by Marriott on the Travel tab in our website menu. This is just an option for our out-of-towners, but you’re welcome to find your own accommodations of course. (P.S. We will not be staying at the hotel.)

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Where are you Registered?

Answer

We are so thankful that you will be joining us for this celebration of our love! While gifts are not expected, our wedding registry can be found at the Registry tab in our website menu.

Is the Venue ADA Accessible?

Answer

The Grand Salon and El Teatro levels have handicap restrooms and handicap parking spaces available. Guests who need assistance from level to level may request golf cart transportation from venue security.
