We're Getting Married

We first met at our beloved HBCU, Prairie View A&M University in 2012. We were compatible from the moment we met. Although we cannot recall the exact moment we became close, its the small details that we do remember that got us to where we are today. Both Winston and I graduated together in Fall of 2014 from PVAMU, and rekindled our love for one another in February of 2017

As we came to celebrate our second anniversary and valentines day together as a couple we went our to eat at Ruth Chris's Steak house. Winston had rose pedals all over the table and a candle sat in the middle. We ordered a bottle of wine with our meal and as the night wore on Winston seemed to get more nervous. After Dinner came dessert, with the words written "Will You Marry Me?" on the plate, Winston got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. He was so quiet I could barely hear him. Til' this day we laugh about it. But, I looked into his eyes and I said "Yes baby", and cried for about 20 minutes thereafter. We are so excited to enter this next chapter of our lives. And we thank you most of all for wanting to share this special day with us. #DossmanEverlasting
