WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?
Answer
Yes, kids are allowed, however, we encourage you to use this as a "night out" for yourself. Please understand that there will be alcoholic beverages and explicit music throughout the entire wedding day.

DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR GUESTS?
Answer
We do not have any hotel blocks as most of our guest are local or ones traveling have someone local they can stay with. However, there are a few hotels that we recommend that are close to our venue. -Hampton Inn Concord/Kannapolis - 12.7 miles from the venue -Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord Golf Resort & Spa - 14.8 miles from the venue

WHEN DO WE NEED TO RSVP BY?
Answer
Please RSVP by February 3rd, using the RSVP tab in the menu. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?
Answer
You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "will not attend" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding a seat.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Answer
Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! We will be providing beer and wine - you may NOT bring your own and our venue does not allow any liquor on the premises. They have the right to shut our wedding down if they have any suspicion, please abide by the rules. Please plan in advance and accordingly to get home safely.
