Are you registered? Where?

Yes, we are registered at Belks and on Amazon.com.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any dietary needs please let us know as soon as possible. We will happily accommodate them.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes absolutely. In fact we have about five in the wedding. All kids will have a wedding goody bag for after the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If it is indicated on your invitation that you have a plus one you may bring one. If not please call Darea or David at least 1 month prior to March 16th to talk about options.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our ceremony and brunch is business casual. The afternoon reception is more relaxed. In fact you will likely want to bring a change of clothes. We will be playing games and hanging out.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend getting there around 9:45 am. The ceremony starts promptly at 10:30 am.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes we have parking onsite for the wedding.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 1st 2019. This allows us to communicate with our vendors on time.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have blocked off rooms at the Holiday Inn Express by the Vineyard in Lexington. It is about 15 mins away from the Venue.

Can we take photographs?

Answer

Cell phone usage is not permitted during the ceremony because we want everyone to be present with us as we take this leap into marriage. Cell phones and photos will be allowed after the ceremony as long as there is no flash used.
