The best coffee spot in Roanoke! Incidentally David and Sydney had their first date here. If you're there around lunch time their soups are AWESOME.

Right down the street from the wedding venue, lots of cool stuff you can decorate your home with. David can personally vouch for their selection of coat hangers and dresser knobs.

Black Dog Salvage

Best view of the valley ever, and easy to get to! There are also a lot of trails on this mountain if you feel like a hike.

Mill Mountain Star

Our best local ice cream spot!  And it's right on the Roanoke River Greenway. So you can grab some ice cream (waffle cone recommended), and take a fun stroll.  Also strong recommendation for sea salt brickle and cereal milk.
