Almost everything! We ask you do bring tip money for hotel staff, bartenders, and waiters, although all food and drinks are included. The excursions—catamaran, waverunners (jet skis), Maroma Beach (beach club with food, drinks, kayaking, and paddle boarding), water park, ecotourism ranch, and denote and underground expedition, are also included as part of the More Inclusive expansion. There are also two Starbucks on site, one located outside the lobby across from La Isla, and one inside the ice cream shop over by Casitas. It is NOT included in the All-Inclusive. There will be coffee in the rooms and at hotel restaurants.
Meet with your Concierge when you first check in to see the list of excursions available. They are located in small huts close to your room (you will be assigned one at check in). There is also a Concierge in the front of the lobby that can provide you with all information and help with booking. PLEASE NOTE: The Concierge usually leaves around 4-4:30 every day.
Yes! El Dorado is made up of 3 connected resorts, El Dorado Royale, El Dorado Casitas, and Generations. Guests of El Dorado have access to all 3. Each resort has different restaurant and bar options.
Most cabanas near the pools/beach are free and first come first serve. A few are available with bottle service and extras and can be reserved through the app or your concierge.
