Morgan and Darcy met on Hinge during the pandemic and agreed to a casual Taco Tuesday date. They met for margaritas at Pink Taco, where initial nerves quickly turned into chips & salsa, shots, laughter, and the feeling of a deeper connection. A nightcap at Naughty Pig sealed it, and Darcy texted her sister Avery once she got home that night, “I think he’s my future boyfriend.” They made things Instagram-official soon after, moved in together six months later, and built a life filled with love, wine, adventures, and their cat Beanie. Four years later, Morgan proposed in Ojai—a place full of special memories—followed by a surprise celebration with all their loved ones at Melody Wine Bar, where he’d first told Darcy he was serious about her. Happily living in West Hollywood, they’re excited to finally make forever official.

Ojai has always been a special place for Darcy and Morgan. Tucked beneath the Topatopa Mountains, it’s where they’ve escaped for day trips filled with wine tasting, great food, thrift shopping, and stunning views. On October 18, 2025, Morgan surprised Darcy with a day trip to Ojai and proposed in a private garden in the hills, using the ring they designed together. When it came time to choose a wedding location, there was no question that Ojai was the place where they'd start their next chapter as husband and wife. As fate would have it, while exploring venues one weekend, they met the owner of a private residence who generously offered their home on an olive vineyard for Darcy and Morgan’s dream backyard wedding—making Ojai feel even more meant to be.
