When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 1, 2025 to allow us time to confirm catering and rental requirements.

Anything you would like...but keep it somewhat classy!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar during the Cocktail and Yard Games time. During the Reception and Dance it will be a toonie bar.

Is there a shuttle service to a hotel?

Answer

No, so please make arrangements for a designated driver or plan to spend the night in an RV or tent.

Will there be breakfast provided the next morning?

Answer

We will have an informal breakfast in the shop the next morning; however, there is no set time. It depends on how late the party goes!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be held in a pasture area on the ranch, so please arrive by 1:00pm to catch a ride out to ceremony area on a horse-drawn wagon.
