When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request your RSVP by September 17th, 2026, so we can finalize arrangements for our special day. Please either RSVP on this website (once available) or let Darcy or Jeremy know and they can RSVP for you. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, then we will miss you on our big day.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we're on a tight budget, so we simply can't afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual. Boots and nice jeans welcome. Although the reception will be indoors, the ceremony will be taking place outdoors so please prepare for colder weather.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. At the start of the ceremony, the doors will be closed and we kindly ask that you do not enter until the ceremony has concluded.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking is available at the ceremony/ reception venue.

Will there be alcohol/ a bar?

Answer

There will be a cash bar available. Water, tea, and coffee are available at no charge. Due to venue regulations, absolutely no outside alcohol will be allowed.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Average temperature in October during the day is 79 degrees F. Average low temperature once the sun goes down is 47 degrees F.
