We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 on our wedding day.

Our wedding will take place at Biagio Events and Catering on October 12, 2025. The ceremony will begin at [time] sharp, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap around [end time].

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at [ceremony time]. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space (located about a 10-minute walk from the parking lot) and find a seat.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

Our reception will end around [end time], after which there will be an after-party at the [after-party venue]. We'll be providing ride-share codes to transport any guests interested in continuing the party postreception—there will be a cash bar and complementary late-night bites.

A 90-minute cocktail hour will take place between the ceremony and reception, where you can enjoy cocktails, mocktails, and small bites.
