We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 1, 2026. Since Jackson Hole is a popular destination, travel and lodging are easier (and often more reasonable!) to book further in advance. Your timely response helps us—and you—plan for a stress-free, unforgettable weekend!
Both our ceremony and reception will take place at The Barn at Heiner Ranch — 2752 Thayne Bedford Rd, Thayne, WY 83127. If you’ll be staying in Jackson Hole, plan for about a one-hour and 15 minute scenic drive to the venue.
Our dress code is Western Chic, a semi-formal style with a touch of western flair. Ladies, think cocktail dresses paired with boots or heels. Gentlemen, casual suits, boots, and hats are welcome and encouraged.
As much as we love all of the little ones, we kindly ask that only children in the wedding party attend the ceremony and reception. Space is limited, and the venue isn’t ideal for kids. That said, Jackson Hole is a family-friendly destination, and we encourage you to bring your loved ones to enjoy all it has to offer! We’ve included childcare recommendations on our website so parents can relax and enjoy a well-deserved evening celebrating with us.
Our guest list is limited to those named on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding as we keep our celebration close-knit and meaningful.
We recommend renting a car to make the most of your trip! There are limited Ubers and ride-shares available in the area, so having your own transportation will make exploring and getting to the venue much easier.
Downtown Jackson is an awesome location with plenty of hotels to choose from and lots of shops and dining within walking distance. If you prefer something a little quieter, Alpine is about 40 minutes from Jackson and just 20 minutes from the venue — a great spot to look for Airbnbs or VRBOs. The Star Valley area is only minutes from the venue and has several good rental options as well.
Late August in Jackson Hole is one of our favorite times of year! Days are typically sunny and comfortable, with highs in the 70s, while mornings and evenings can be quite chilly, with temperatures dipping into the 30s and 40s. Our ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will flow between both indoor and outdoor spaces, so we recommend dressing in layers. Light attire is perfect during the day, but a sweater, jacket, or wrap will help keep you comfortable once the sun goes down.
There is parking available, but it’s limited in downtown Jackson Hole. We recommend sharing rides when possible, and if you’re staying nearby, it’s an easy walk over.
There is ample parking available.
