Since this is an international wedding, we kindly ask that all guests RSVP by May 1st. This deadline will allow us to properly plan and coordinate our guest count overseas.
Formal attire. Black tie optional, suits and gowns are encouraged but not required. Please note, avoid wearing white & blue on the day of the wedding, as this color is reserved for the bridal party For the welcome party on Thursday, September 24th we ask that all guests where an all white outfit. We can't wait to celebrate.
Yes kids are allowed, please let us know how many/ages of children attending when you RSVP
Yes please check the travel page. We have 2 hotels located right next to each other located in Fira (middle of the island) which is the best location in regards to view, proximity to venue and price
Yes we will have transportation for all guests for the Welcome Boat Party and for the Wedding day events. Pick up will take place at Volcano View and Apeiron Blue hotel
We will be hosting a Welcome Boat Party on Thursday, September 24th 9:30 AM-2:00 PM. Transportation, food and alcohol will be provided and taken care of. Please note the boat only allows 60 guests. RSVP's will be first come first serve. Later that evening Thursday, September 24th we will also be hosting an all White Welcome Party. We ask all guests to wear white to this fun event! It will be held at the Volcano View Hotel where we are staying. Time will be 6pm-8pm. There will be small bites and wine & beer provided. September 25th will be reserved for the rehearsal dinner, which will be hosted for the bridal party and immediate family. Guests not included in the rehearsal dinner are more than welcome to make their own day & dinner plans and enjoy a night exploring Santorini. September 26th will be our wedding day. Wedding day festivities are expected to begin around 2:30 PM with the church ceremony and continue through midnight.
