As our wedding festivities will continue late into the evening, we've decided to make this an adults-only event. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause but hope you can still join us for our special day.

Is There Parking For the Ceremony and Reception at Woodland Glasshaus at Bavaria Downs?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot that will accommodate all guests. However, we do encourage everyone to use the shuttles, uber or rideshare with other attendees. If you leave your vehicle at the venue, you must pick it up by 11am the following day.

What Time Should I Arrive at The Ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes before our 5:00pm ceremony time.

Will Any Part of The Wedding Be Outside?

Answer

The cocktail hour is scheduled to take place on the outdoor patio. We are hoping for a warm fall day in early October. However, Minnesota weather is unpredictable, so we encourage you to bring a light jacket. We will also have heat lamps outside for the cocktail hour. The ceremony, dinner and dance will be held inside.
