The Arrive Hotel is a cute, tiny boutique hotel within walking distance of the Riviera. Reservoir is their all-day restaurant with a pool view and great brunch.
Easy, low key brunch and lunch spot that can accommodate large parties.
Cheeky's is a famous Palm Springs brunch spot.
The Ace is always pretty crowded, but they have a good brunch and can be fun for a drink!
Workshop Kitchen + Bar is a James Beard Award-winning spot with a great little outdoor patio (we almost didn't mind sitting outside in July 110 degree heat while in Palm Springs on a planning trip).
Birba has a nice outdoor patio, and has a really good, ever-changing menu with fun cocktails.
A craft cocktail bar located next door to Workshop, which has the same owner.
Counter Reformation is located in the Jonathan Adler-designed Parker hotel, which is a worthwhile visit if you've never been to Palm Springs. While the other restaurants and bars at the Parker are pretty pricey, none of the bottles at Counter Reformation are over $40.
Founded by silent film star Chester Moorten and run today by his son Clark, this is a really fun spot to check out, especially if you're into desert plants.
Panoramic views of Palm Springs! The tramway has been sporadically closed due to weather, so we recommend calling in advance.
On view during our wedding weekend: Untitled, "a sweeping presentation of contemporary art by more than 75 artists living or working in the Greater West," and an eclectic glass collection from Arlene and Harold Schnitzer.
If you're driving to Palm Springs from LAX or Burbank, make sure to stop at the Cabazon Dinosaurs on your way home. Fun roadside attraction from the 70's, featured in movies like Pee Wee's Big Adventure.
