We love your little ones, but due to venue regulations and the nature of the mountain setting, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together beneath the trees!

What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest cocktail dresses for women and suits (tie optional) for men.

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will start at 6:30pm. Please plan to be seated by 6:20pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, convenient parking is available right at the entrance to Oakleaf Cottage. Upon arrival, you'll park in the designated lot, and a shuttle will transport you comfortably up the mountain to our wedding venue. The reception will be held at the same location, making transportation seamless for all guests.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer and videographer to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Is the entire event outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place in the open air, while our reception venue is a beautifully renovated and climate controlled barn that provides a comfortable, charming indoor setting for celebrating with our loved ones.
