What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We would recommend arriving around 3-3:15pm! This will give everyone time to park, say hello, and be seated by the time our ceremony starts at 3:30pm.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! The shuttle will depart from the Hampton Inn at 2:30pm to the ceremony (please be boarded at this time.) The first evening shuttle will leave Oak Creek Farm at 8:30pm and the last one will leave soon after 10pm when the reception ends. Please note that the hotel does not allow early check ins, so please plan on securing your luggage in your car or dropping it off with the front desk.

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception will be held at Oak Creek Farm as well. Right after the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour followed by dinner and dancing.

Will there be food?

Answer

This is the most important questions! We will have light hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour. Dinner will be served from a buffet with plenty of delicious options!

There will be a small selection of beer, wine and cider available to guests.

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue and there will be someone to provide guidance.
