Our wedding day is September 7, 2024. Both the ceremony and reception will be at the Hilltop Wedding Center in Sylvan Lake, AB. The ceremony is at 4:00pm, followed by Cocktail Hour and Reception at the same location. Please refer to the Event page for the exact address and directions to the venue.

As much as we would love to invite everyone we have a strict maximum capacity at the venue and can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for your support and understanding.
There are three parking lots available at Hilltop, all in close proximity to the tent. Overnight vehicles are only permitted in the lower parking lot across from the clubhouse. Guests may not remain in their vehicle overnight. Please note that the Upper parking lot is reserved for the bridal party and vendors only.
Unfortunately we were not able to secure a hotel block, however, there are great accommodation options such as hotels and Airbnbs around Sylvan Lake and Red Deer that are within 20 minutes from the venue. Please refer to the Travel page for options.
Though the venue is on a golf course, we ask that you please wear formal attire suitable for our wedding. However, you are more than welcome to wear whatever you want during golfing before the ceremony and reception. Reminder that our ceremony will be held in the garden by the pond, so we recommend wearing appropriate footwear (ie. no stilettos unless you want to aerate the grass!)
Golfing is available at 10:00am until 2:00pm at the venue and is open to all guests. We kindly ask that you avoid the Reception Tent, Bridal Suites, and Hole #8 where the ceremony is held as our vendors prepare for the main event.
