To help us thoughtfully plan seating, meals, and the overall guest experience, we kindly ask that only those guests whose names are listed on the invitation attend. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be clearly indicated when you RSVP. While we love your little ones, our wedding ceremony and reception will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of the children participating in the wedding. Onsite childcare will not be provided, so we encourage guests to make arrangements in advance. Thank you so much for your understanding as we celebrate together!
Our wedding will be Formal Evening Attire: Men: Suit and tie Women: Long gown, dressy cocktail dress, or formal separates We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing white or off-white, as these colors are reserved for the bride. We also ask that you please avoid wearing burgundy, as it has been selected for the wedding party. Since much of the celebration is outdoors on decks and uneven terrain, and the Pocono Mountains in mid‑October can be cool (high 50s°F around 4 PM, dropping into the 40s°F by 11 PM), we recommend comfortable shoes and layers. This will let you enjoy the natural beauty of the venue—including the stargazing deck and waterfall—while celebrating in style.
We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for seating and to settle in before we say “I do.”
Yes! The ceremony will be followed by the reception at the same venue, so you can enjoy the entire celebration in one place.
There is a large parking lot at the venue, but only a few handicap-accessible spots are available at the entrance—please contact the bride or groom if you need one of these reserved. For guests staying at The Settlers Inn or Silver Birches, a shuttle will be provided to and from the venue from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We hope this makes getting to and from the celebration easy and stress-free!
Instructions on how to RSVP will be included with your wedding invitation. Once invitations are received, please let us know if you’ll be joining us by August 22, 2026 through our wedding website. We truly appreciate you taking the time to RSVP and can’t wait to celebrate together!
During the ceremony, we ask guests to remain unplugged so everyone can fully enjoy the moment. Our professional photographer will capture every detail. Once the reception begins, feel free to snap as many photos as you like!
If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please notify the bride or groom as soon as possible so we can accommodate you.
