Is there a Shuttle from the Hotel to the Venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle provided for guests staying at Comfort Inn and Suites. Time that the shuttle will be departing from the hotel will be at 4pm.

What is the required dress attire for the evening?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.

Is this event indoors?

The ceremony will be outside in the vineyard and the reception to follow will be indoors.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at 4:30pm to the venue to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park?

Answer

If you are staying at the hotel we recommend that you leave your car there and take the shuttle. For all driving to the venue, you can park your car at the reception site and a shuttle bus will take you to the ceremony site.

What time will the shuttle take us back from the venue to hotel?

Answer

The shuttle will be at the venue at 12am (when the reception ends).
