Yes! Our wedding will be formal attire. Guests are invited to wear floor-length dresses, elegant cocktail dresses, or formal jumpsuits. Gentlemen may wear a suit and tie, and tuxedos are certainly welcome. We’re so excited to celebrate with you in style! Please avoid wearing white, Ivory or cream.
The Ceremony will be held indoors at Assumption Church. The Cocktail hour and the Reception will be indoors with opportunities to go outside on the porch or down by the lake if you wish!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30PM so we recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early to park, find your seat and settle in. Cocktail hour begins at 5:30PM. The venue requests guests do not arrive earlier than 5:15pm.
Yes, guest shuttle buses will be provided as transportation to and from the Reception Venue from the Hilton Garden Inn. All guests are welcome to utilize the courtesy shuttle bus services even if you do not plan to stay at the hotel. Ubers are not as available in the Sparta area, so please think ahead. There will be two waves of busses to the Reception - 5:00PM and 5:20 PM. Towards the end of the night, an early departure option from the reception venue will be provided for guests wanting to return to the hotel before the reception is over. The early departure bus will depart from the reception venue at 10:00 PM.
We would love to include everyone, but due to limited space, only guests who received a plus one on their invitation can bring a date. Thank you for understanding!
