When should I RSVP by?

We have submitted our counts on 9/16 to our vendor team and look forward to celebrating with you! For any RSVP questions or changes, please text/call our wedding planner Sheriah Gibson of Posh Occasions at 205-393-8101.

What hotels do you recommend?

Answer

All of the properties listed on the travel tab of the website offer a range of amenities at locations convenient to the venue and downtown Birmingham. Please note that we also suggest booking by 9/16 to ensure you receive a discounted rate and the property has availability.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available onsite for the events. You will want to arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to get parked and sign our guestbook in preparation for the ceremony.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Sure! Please feel free to submit this within your RSVP or contact our planner. Our goal is to have a buffet at the event to allow for flexibility in meal selections.

I would like to send a monetary gift, where should I send my gift?

For everyone’s ease and convenience, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We hope this will be a special evening for you to relax and enjoy the festivities with us!
