The hotel block has been created for both Friday and Saturday night to accommodate whichever day you choose to travel in. Booking through the wedding block allows you to stay at The Hilton Garden Inn at a discounted rate. The discounted rate is good until June 22 for a limited number of rooms. After that date or when the room block is full, all room bookings will need to be booked directly through the hotel at their standard rate. Shuttle

Hayes Wedding Shuttle

July 23, 2022 3:30 pm - 12:15 am

A shuttle will be provided to and from the wedding venue for all guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn on Saturday night. The shuttle to the venue will leave approximately forty-five minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. The shuttle will be available to all guests to travel back to the hotel at anytime throughout the reception. To have the shuttle pick you up during the reception, guests will need to locate our wedding coordinator to call the shuttle driver. The shuttle will be scheduled for two final pick-up times at the end of the night. The last shuttle of the night will leave at 12:15 A.M. The wedding venue is about a ten minute drive from the hotel.
