Airports:
- Redding, CA (RDD): If you can find a good flight into Redding, this is the closest option- 1 hour drive to Mt Shasta.
- Medford, OR (MFR): Good regional flights! A great option if you're flying Alaskan Airlines. 1.5hr drive from Mt Shasta.
- Sacramento, CA (SMF): Nationwide flight options, usually more affordable than RDD or MFR. Roughly 3.5 hours from Mount Shasta.
- Reno, NV (RNO): Roughly 3.75 hours from Mt Shasta, offers a scenic drive on Highway 395 and Lassen Volcanic National Park!
- San Francisco, CA (SFO): Likely the most affordable options! ~4.5 hour drive from Mt Shasta, but if you're here for a bigger CA trip, this might be your best option!
Lodging:
- There are many hotels & airBNB's in Mount Shasta, McCloud, Dunsmuir, & Weed
- There is a block rate at the Best Western Mt Shasta. Mention the Cole-Beatty wedding at registration & enjoy a discount rate & free breakfast.
