We've reserved a hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn in Long Island City. The hotel is located right near the Queens Plaza (E/F/R) or Queensboro Plaza (N/W/7). The hotel is about a 5 minute cab ride or 15 minute walk from the venue.
If you are flying in for the wedding, the hotel is about 30 minutes from LaGuardia by public transportation or a 20 minute cab ride. JFK is slightly further, but doable - 45 minutes by public transportation or 55 minutes by cab. We'd recommend avoiding renting a car unless your dream is driving in NYC!
If you are driving to Queens, there are several garages available within a block of the hotel (there is one right under the hotel) or you might get very lucky and snag a street parking spot.
