Please be aware that check in at all the hotels is at 3:00p.m and the ceremony will begin at 4:00p.m.  

We have a shuttle bus that will bring guests from each of the hotels to the venue.  The first bus boards at 3:15p.m and the second bus boards at 3:45p.m.  Keep in mind that everyone will be checking at the same time, the hotels have informed us that this can take some time.  We recommended coming dressed and ready to get to the venue in order to get to the ceremony on time.
