Our story starts with the wedding of Kenny, Danny's cousin, and Kennedy, Michala's best friend. Danny was a groomsmen while Michala was the Maid of Honor. The weekend started by having the rehearsal there, Beth, who was walking with Danny, helped Michala get information about Danny. Meanwhile, Danny being interviewed every time they rehearsed walking down the aisle, had no clue what was being planned behind him amongst the bridesmaids. The ladies giggled like middle school girls as Beth relayed the information to them every time. All the details that Beth was gathering were good, but what Michala was concerned with was if he was single or if he had a plus one. Beth being the good detective she is, got the answer like it was just another day in the office. After we were done with the walk through where she got the answer, you better believe all of the bridesmaids surrounded Beth and waited with great anticipation to hear what the answer was. That is when Beth spilled the tea of him being single and they all screamed, in excitement for their friend. It was time for the dinner where Elizabeth invited Danny to sit with the bridesmaids, which he said sure. Elizabeth proceeded to strike up conversation and ask questions to get to know Danny. All the while, Michala was sitting across the table, listening intently to the conversation. After dinner, the bridesmaids filled Kennedy in on all the tea that was shared throughout the night. The next day, we were all witnesses to the beautiful ceremony of Kenny and Kennedy Hess. It was then time to party. The introductions of the wedding party and the new Mr. and Mrs. Hess were made. After all of the speeches and the first dances, the music started, and Michala hit the dance floor right away. Danny was a little hesitant but got encouraged to go out and dance with the groomsmen. After a couple of songs, the DJ played a slow song for couples to dance to, it was Perfect by Ed Sheeran. Michala, who was dancing how she usually dances by herself when a slow song comes on, got called over by the newlyweds who were dancing beside her. They told her she should go ask Danny to dance with her. She replied with "No, I'm too shy for that" then she walked quickly back to her table to get a drink. She proceeded to strike up a conversation with Beth so as to not be noticed, but Beth kept looking over Michala's shoulder with a big smile and an eyebrow raised. Michala then got suspicious and turned around to see the married couple smiling big from across the dance floor. At the encouragement of his cousin and his wife, Danny, was heading over to ask Michala to dance. Michala quickly turned around and said "NO WAY". She was surprised by a voice beside her "Hey, would you like to dance?" and she answered "Yes". Danny, who could not believe he asked Michala to dance and Michala who could not believe she had been asked to dance, walked up to the dance floor and danced together for the rest of the song. After that they were inseparable the rest of the night. He even asked her to dance again when the song Amazed by Lonestar came on, the last slow dance song of the night. As Michala was starting to clean up her part of the table, Danny came over and asked her if she would like to go out sometime, to which she answered, yes. He gave her his number. After, a bit of helping tidying up the venue, they both parted ways, but neither was ready for the night to be over. Danny texted Michala to make sure she made it home safe. From there the two continued to talk well past 2AM. The day following the wedding they both returned to the venue with the brother and best friend of the groom to help clean up and pack up the rest of the decor. After making sure the newlyweds had nothing else to worry about, Danny asked Michala if she had any plans for the rest of the day, she replied no. He asked her out to lunch, to which they went to Pop's Place. Since then their story has been nothing but a Love Story Inspired By Love Itself.
