RSVP Here: https://forms.gle/xm39eJ4N728P3wc79 This form will serve as your official RSVP. If you’re able to join us, we’ll also ask a few additional questions to help us plan lodging, meals, and logistics so everyone is comfortable and cared for.
Camp lodging is lovely, but rustic! The vast majority of people staying at Windsor Mountain will be housed in the Tent Unit, which contains cozy cabins with bunk beds. Shared bathrooms and showers are a very short walk from the cabins. The cabins do have electricity, but there is no heating. If you are able to bring your own fitted sheet, pillow, towels, and sleeping bag/blanket, that will be incredibly helpful! If not, don’t worry. We can provide bedding for those who need it, but make sure you mark that option when you RSVP. Once all of the RSVP forms are filled out, Maravilla and Danny will draft a “sleeping chart” to make sure that everyone has the accommodations they need. It’s very unlikely that you will be alone in your bungalow/cabin. We will do our best to house you with people you already know and love, or new friends who we think you’ll hit it off with easily :)
For more information on lodging options, please see the Where To Stay section of the website.
Please see the Schedule tab for a full preview of the weekend’s activities!
Weather in New England is variable and hard to predict. We highly suggest checking weather reports before you pack. However, the average temperature in Windsor, NH on September 19th is a high of 70* and a low of 48* at night. It’s very possible that it will rain at some point, too, so please pack accordingly!
For the vast majority of the weekend, wear whatever you like! We'll keep it casual. Please arrive to the Cocktail Hour on Saturday in your wedding attire. The dress code is semi-formal, but the most important thing to us is that you’re comfortable! We encourage layers as it can get chilly in the evenings, and shoes you are confident in as the ceremony is on a hill, and you walk on a dirt path to get there. Clothes: Layers; Warm clothes for evenings; Rain coat; Swim suit; Your wedding outfit Linens and/or sleeping bag; Towels (one for shower, one for waterfront); Headlamp/flashlight; Hiking boots (if you’re so inclined, there’s lots of local options!)
We know camp is rustic, and we want to do our best to meet everyone’s needs so you can be involved in any and all aspects of the weekend that excite you. There is a small amount of ADA compliant lodging options, and we also plan to have 1-2 golf carts on hand for those that need them. Please make sure to note in the RSVP form if these or other things would be needed for you to be able to freely participate! Some of these resources are limited, so please be as specific as you can be when listing your needs so we can match accordingly. New parents, this includes you, too! If you need a fridge for storing milk, or have other newborn needs, please let us know. We will do our absolute best to ensure everyone has what they need, but if for whatever reason we don’t feel that we can make camp lodging work, we will communicate openly and promptly so that you have plenty of time to look into alternatives. Please reach out to Danny, Maravilla, or any of their parents if you have questions.
Yes! We will be offering all kinds of meals: dinner on Friday; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday; brunch on Sunday. Please check the schedule for details. You can get fed for as many meals as you'd like at the camp, as long as you sign up when you RSVP. Sorry meat lovers, all meals at this wedding will be vegetarian. If you need a little carcass, head into town! Tooky Mills is a delightful little pub in Hillsborough that Danny recommends! Finally, if you need to keep specific snacks around for medical reasons or your children, please let us know because there are places we can store food for you at camp.
Your presence is enough, but if you’re inclined to get us a gift please check out the Registry tab!
Camp is a great place for kiddos! Due to capacity, we are limited in the amount of children we can have for the weekend. If your child was on your invite, please feel free to bring them. If they weren’t, we love them dearly but kindly ask that you leave them at home. Camp offers babysitting during the ceremony, dinner, and reception on Saturday for a small fee. There is limited space for this, so if you are interested please reach out to Danny and Maravilla as soon as possible to discuss. Please note that babysitting must be arranged ahead of time. For those who would like to bring their little ones to the ceremony, they are not only welcome but encouraged! We just ask that if they get fussy, you take them to the Dance Pavilion, a cozy nearby room where we will have some toys, snacks, and books set up for you and your little one to remain entertained.
We wish! But, alas, our dog is the only dog allowed at camp during the wedding. However, if you are missing your own dog, Moki would love to snuggle and receive many, many pets.
Danny’s favorite part of camp! There is so much to do at the waterfront including, but not limited to: swimming, rope swing, high dive, giant swing (ropes course activity!), paddleboarding, boating (kayaking, canoeing, sailing), island and marsh exploration, sauna, and sitting pensively by the water and pondering the joyous impermanence of all things. Lifeguards will be available for specific hours of the day (please see the schedule). Life jackets will be provided for all boaters (including you, Rick!).
Beer, wine, canned cocktails, and non-alcoholic options will be provided for most activities during the weekend. A few rules about alcohol on the premises: 1) You are welcome to bring your own beer, wine, and canned cocktails. Please do not bring bottles of liquor. The camp does not have insurance to support this! 2) During the wedding reception, we will have a bartender serving ALL drinks (including liquor). Please do not drink any alcoholic beverages that are not provided by the bartender! This is to make sure that the bartender feels comfortable and can do their job effectively, knowing how much they have served to each attendee, as well as to be in compliance with the bartending company’s insurance policy. 3) As tempting as it is to imbibe by a lake, please refrain from alcohol at the Waterfront itself!
For more information on the nearest airport and getting to camp, please see the Travel section of the website. This section also contains a carpool board (if it’s not up yet, it will be soon!).
As you pull into camp, you’ll be given instructions on where to put your car. Please expect to have a short walk from your car to your lodging. (There are a select few sleeping arrangements where you can drive right up to the cabin to drop off luggage. If you have an accessibility requirement for which this would be useful, please let us know in the RSVP form so that we can best accommodate your needs!)
