Are Children Invited?

Your invitation will notate how many guests are invited to our wedding. If you have any questions about the guests on your invitation feel free to reach out to us directly!

Are you providing transportation?

Answer

We will be providing transportation to and from the venue/hotel. The shuttle will leave for the venue at 4:15 to be there in time for the ceremony!! The bus will run every 30 minutes with the exception of the time during the ceremony.

Will there be a hotel block?

Answer

For those guests who are out of town or just want a night away, we will have a hotel block available at Hampton Inn and Suites - Fort Dedrick. This hotel is 15 minutes from the venue and is a very easy drive! To book your room with the discounted rates, please use group code BGW or search Born/Gilbert Wedding on the hotel site: http://www.frederickfortdetricksuites.hamptoninn.com/ Excluding tax, one night is $109. Please make sure you receive this rate! Check in is 3pm and breakfast is included!

COVID-19 - what’s going on??

Answer

We share the continued uncertainty and frustration as we navigate through the global pandemic. At this time, we plan to have the wedding July 18, 2020. We are continuing to monitor Maryland’s progress of reopening and will make a decision to cancel one week before the wedding if necessary. The hotel will provide full refunds up to 24 hours before your stay or will be able to transfer your booking to an alternate date if necessary. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we navigate these uncertain times!
