San Diego is our first choice airport. It is an easy hour drive to Temecula. Los Angeles LAX has more flight options but we strongly suggest planning your arrival and departure to avoid rush hour traffic. Temecula is 1.5 hours from LAX without traffic. Palm Desert International airport is just under 1.5 hours.
